7-Day Product Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible items, effective from the date of the customer’s actual receipt. Please review the full return terms below.
1. Return Eligibility
Items qualify for return if they satisfy any of the following criteria:

Items damaged during transit;

Incorrectly delivered items or items that fail to match the ordered specifications or style (only applicable if the item is unused, kept in original condition, and fully resalable).
2. Non-Returnable Scenarios (Exceptions to the 7-Day Return Policy)
The 7-day return policy is not applicable under the following circumstances:

Personalized or custom-made items;

Items that have been used or operated (all electronic devices are deemed used once powered on);

Items, functional components, or accessories with visible signs of wear and tear;

Items with missing or severely damaged original packaging (normal unpacking excluded) that cannot be resold;

Special non-returnable items explicitly confirmed by the customer at the time of purchase;

Any other conditions that render the item unresalable.
3. Return and Exchange Application Process
3.1 Returns & Exchanges for Personal Reasons
If you wish to return or exchange an item for personal reasons and the item remains unused, intact, and resalable, please submit your request to our after-sales team via email within 7 days of receiving your order. We will process your application within 1 to 3 business days. All shipping costs incurred from personal returns or exchanges shall be borne by the customer.
3.2 Returns & Exchanges Due to Quality Issues
For returns or exchanges caused by verified product quality issues, please contact our after-sales team at service@mail.fwqcut.com within 7 days of order receipt. We will review and approve your request within 1 to 3 business days upon receiving your email. All corresponding shipping fees will be fully covered by our company.
3.3 Return and Refund Procedure
To initiate a refund request, please arrange return shipment with the courier within 7 days after receiving the item. Once the returned package is delivered, logged in our system, and inspected by our team, we will complete the full refund process within 15 business days.
