FWQCUT Intellectual Property Rights Complaint & Copyright Notice Policy
FWQCUT upholds the principle of mutual respect for intellectual property rights (IPR). We require third parties to respect our legitimate intellectual property rights, and we strictly abide by the obligation to protect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content published on the FWQCUT website or its affiliated platforms infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, you may file an official IPR complaint via our dedicated email: service@mail.fwqcut.com.
Required Complaint Information
All complaints must contain complete, authentic and accurate information as listed below to be valid and acceptable:

A written or electronic signature of the authorized representative of the claimed intellectual property owner;

A detailed description of the infringed intellectual property, including relevant registration numbers and registration jurisdictions (where applicable);

A specific description and precise location of the alleged infringing content on the FWQCUT website or mobile application, with sufficient details to enable accurate content positioning and verification;

For design patent infringement claims: clear identification of the infringed design and its official registration number;

For utility model patent infringement claims: identification of the infringed utility model, together with valid court orders or judgments that support the infringement claim;

Complete complainant information, including full corporate or organizational name (if applicable), postal address, contact phone number and valid email address;

A formal statement confirming that the unauthorized use of the disputed content constitutes an infringement without authorization from the IP owner, its agent, or relevant applicable laws;

A sworn statement, under penalty of perjury, certifying that all information submitted in the complaint is true, accurate and complete, and that the submitter is either the legitimate intellectual property owner or an authorized representative acting on behalf of the owner.
Platform Response Measures
Upon receipt and verification of a valid IPR infringement complaint, FWQCUT reserves the right to take any or all of the following remedial measures in accordance with relevant laws and platform rules:

Remove the alleged infringing content or block public access to such content;

Disable all external and internal links directing to the confirmed infringing content;

Issue an official notification to the alleged infringer regarding the removal or access restriction of the disputed content;

Suspend or terminate the access and usage qualifications of repeated infringers (including individual users and third-party entities) for FWQCUT’s services; and take further actions in accordance with the Platform Terms of Service and relevant management policies.
Copyright Notice
All intellectual property rights, ownership and legitimate interests pertaining to the FWQCUT website, affiliated mobile applications and supporting service technologies are exclusively owned by FWQCUT and its affiliated entities. Such rights include, but are not limited to, website and application copyrights, service system technologies, and all related intellectual property achievements. These rights are fully protected by applicable national laws and international intellectual property conventions.
